It was a productive day seeing the officials of the Bungoma County Boda Boda Association, Representative of the National and County Government, Churches and Mosques Representatives and KIBU Community participate in the third phase of KIBU’s intervention measures in fighting the spread of COVID-19. The second phase included donating the same materials to the county government. Prof. Isaac Ipara, the Vice Chancellor explained how every year the university carries out a community service program. Last year KIBU visited Cheptais and Chepkube sub-counties to address the issues of eradication of jiggers as part of its community service program.
