Kenya National Police Sacco Society Supports KIBU Cultural Week 2024

THEME: Harnessing our Unique Cultural Diversities for Job Creating in the Digital World.

The University Vice Chancellor Prof. Isaac Ipara Odeo, the University Senate and the University Community was privileged today to receive support from the Kenya National Police Sacco led by the head of delegation the Deputy Branch Manager Kakamega Mr. Jeremiah Otieno, Dr. Zebedee Otee the Chairman Bungoma County and Mr. Patrick Chisombai the In-charge Customer and Marketing Department.

The Kenya National Police Sacco donated Ksh.100,000 to support this year’s Careers & Cultural Week 2024 the delegation also presented a number of other gifts to the Vice Chancellor whom they thanked for having them to the University.

Thanking the Kenya National Police Sacco for supporting the University, the Vice Chancellor appreciated the delegation for considering the success of this year’s careers and cultural week. He invited members of the police service to join the University which offers an array of programmes that are attractive to them among them being criminology, social work, nursing, education among others. He reminded them that while the Kenya National Police Sacco is the best Cooperatives Sacco in the country, Kibabii University is at the apex of institutions with the best academic services in the country.

The Dean of Students Dr. Benson Nasongo in his appreciation of the great support from the Kenya National Police Sacco thanked them for their support which he said was going to go a long way in supporting the week-long event.
