The Kibabii University Taekwondo team is currently training in Jordan with Jordan Taekwondo National team in the country’s Capital City Amann. This is in preparation for Guadalajara 2022 World Taekwondo Championships scheduled for 13th – 20th November 2022 at Centro Acuático CODE Metropolitano Mexico.
This is part of the Paris Olympics 2024 campaign and the 13th All African Games in Accra, Ghana in 2023. The team is also preparing for East Africa University Games to be held at Ndejje University in Uganda between 17th – 22nd December, 2023.
The team, which consists of some National team players received support from the University for the above campaign.
