Kibabii University invites sealed applications from interested, eligible and competent candidates for the following tenders.
Documents containing detailed instructions and requirements for each tender may be downloaded from the Kibabii University website www.kibu.ac.ke free of charge. Applicant who downloads the tender and registration documents MUST immediately e-mail their names, contact details and tender number to: procurement@kibu.ac.ke
Completed tender documents in a plain sealed envelope, clearly marked with “THE TENDER NUMBER” but no indication of the applicant, should be deposited in the Tender Box at the University Administration Block or send by registered mail to be received on or before the tender closing time. Bulky tender documents which do not fit the tender box shall be registered at the Vice Chancellor Office on 1st floor of the Administration Block, all addressed to:

The applications will be opened thereafter at the Senate Boardroom in the presence of the applicants or their representatives.
