Kibabii University, Vice Chancellor, Prof. Isaac Ipara Odeo with Security Officer, Mr. Zablon Mamai and police officers led by OCPD Bungoma South when they visited the University to map and assess venues in preparation for the Kenya National Drama and Film Festival which will take place from 3rd April, 2019
