Kibabii University places at the fore growth and performance of its members of staff and faculty. Over the recent past, the University has grown in numbers in its endevour to arrive at its optimal capacity. A number of new staff have been recruited, others been deployed to areas of demand, while others have been promoted to various capacities.
To bring up to speed the new officers, the Vice Chancellor Prof. Isaac Ipara Odeo has today presided over orientation of 27 members of staff. In his address, the VC emphasized on the ethos of the University that have steered it for the last 10 years. He encouraged the new staffers promising a memorable experience while delivering their service to the University.
The staff were taken through key highlights, being the structures of various divisions; terms and conditions of employment; code of conduct; mental health issues; customer service culture; national cohesion issues; quality assurance; corruption eradication among other topical areas.
The members of staff were finally taken through an oath of secrecy, administered by the university Legal Officer Ms. Jacqueline Wanjala.
