A delegation from Kibabii University, led by UASU SG, Dr. Robert Wanjala Nyukuri, paid a courtesy call to convey a message of goodwill to the Acting VC MMUST Prof. Solomon Shibairo on 28th April, 2020. The delegation urged the VC to embrace an all inclusive approach in management to steer MMUST to greater heights. The team further encouraged the new VC to marshal and propel the University towards medical and engineering courses, which is the focus of the local community. Being a techno-savy manager, the delegation asked Prof Shibairo to strongly embrace and empower IT for the prosperity of the University. Other members of the delegation included UASU chair, Dr. Musungu, Dr. Wasike and Dr. Singoro.
Until his appointment, Prof. Shibairo was the Deputy Vice Chancellor in charge of Academics and Students Affairs at Kibabii University.
