Kibabii University Senate was sensitized on effective public complaints management and access to information by an officer from the Office of the Ombudsman on 8th March, 2019 at the Senate Boardroom. Speaking during the sensitization forum, Prof S. Shibairo, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Academics and Students Affairs challenged members to ensure excellent service delivery to clients and stakeholders. University Senate was enlightened on customer rights to access of information, ways of handling complaints and various mechanisms of resolving them among others
