Second Semester Examination – Payment of Fees and Download of Examination Cards

The 2^nd Semester Examination period for the 2018/2019 Academic Year is scheduled to start on Friday 17^th May 2019 and end on Friday 31^st May 2019.

The following obligations are expected:

1. All Students MUST complete online registration of Semester Course Units on the ERP Students Portal by Wednesday 8^th May 2019.
2. All Fees owed to the University must be paid and cleared by Friday 10th May 2019.
3. Students who meet obligations 1 and 2 above MUST download (print) their own Examination Card from the ERP Student Portal. The examination card indicating all course units should be certified at respective Faculties/Schools.

Please note that NO Student will be allowed to sit for the examinations with Fee balances, without a valid Examination Card and a Student ID Card. The office of the Registrar will not give ANY EXEMPTIONS on the above.
