Registration for Special/Supplementary Examination 2018/2019 Academic Year

This is to inform ALL STUDENTS that the 2018/2019 Special/Supplementary Examinations are scheduled to be done from Friday 23rd August 2019 to Friday 6^th September 2019.

ALL STUDENTS with pending examinations are informed to register for these examinations by downloading the applicable application form Special Exam Application Form and Supplementary Application Form from the KIBU website . Completed Examination Application/Registration Forms MUST be submitted to the respective Faculty/School Office before Wednesday 14^th August 2019 for online registration by the Administrative Assistants.

Please note the following:

1. Special Examinations are strictly for students who had a valid reason(s) to have missed the Regular Examination i.e. medical or compassionate reasons. 
2. Applicants for the Supplementary Examinations MUST pay the supplementary fee of Ksh500.00 per course for undergraduate programmes and Kshs.1,000.00 per course for graduate students.
3. No student shall be allowed to register for 2019/2020 Academic Year with pending examinations from the previous Academic Year(s).
