I consider myself truly fortunate to have had the opportunity to pursue and successfully complete my Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management at Kibabii University. The University’s conducive learning environment, coupled with the commitment and dedication of its lecturers, made my academic journey both enriching and memorable. The unwavering support of the dedicated academic and administrative staff, who consistently provided efficient and student-centered services with remarkable zeal and patience ensured I complete my studies.
The education experience was characterized by well-structured and transparent procedures that guided every stage of the program. From coursework, we benefited from a flexible teaching schedule designed to accommodate professionals from diverse fields. The thesis process was effectively supervised and coordinated by the School of Graduate Studies, the Department of Business Administration and Management, the School of Business and Economics, and my highly competent and experienced supervisors.
Throughout the program, we participated in a series of research trainings, workshops, seminars, conferences, and oral defenses, which enriched our academic experience and ensured the production of rigorous, high-quality research outcomes that reflected mastery in our respective disciplines. Together with my cohort colleagues, we fostered a strong sense of mutual support which entailed engaging in joint research activities, offering guidance to one another, and providing assistance throughout the research process. This not only enhanced our academic experience but also enabled me to acquire the knowledge, skills, and professional competencies essential for advancing my career.
As a mother and an employee, i can attest that, it is not easy to double up the roles while studying at the same time. I thank Kibabii University for providing a conducive learning environment for me to balance between, family, work, studies and emerge with a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management, indeed at Kibabii University you are guaranteed of acquiring Knowledge for Development.
