Kibabii University

Testimonial

Pursuing my Master of Education in Educational Planning and Management at Kibabii University was more than just an academic milestone, it was a journey of discovery, discipline, and personal growth. I joined the program with a deep desire to understand the inner workings of education and to prepare myself for greater global responsibility in shaping learning institutions. From the very first semester, the environment at Kibabii University inspired excellence. Engaging with brilliant lecturers, interacting with classmates from diverse backgrounds, and taking part in a plethora research driven programs expanded my thinking and deepened my understanding of leadership and educational policy. Kibabii University truly stands out as an international institution that offers a global spectrum of learning opportunities.

Its programs are open to learners from anywhere in the world. For me, distance was initially a challenge, but technology bridged that gap and made learning not only possible but exciting. Traveling at times was demanding, yet I overcame those moments with determination and faith, learning that growth often comes through persistence. Balancing professional duties, family responsibilities, and academic work was not easy. It required discipline, patience, and sacrifice. Yet, through those experiences, I built resilience that continues to shape who I am today. Each course taught me to think critically and plan strategically, lessons that I now apply both in education and in everyday life. Along the way, I discovered that every academic journey relies on three essential elements that must work dependedly: Knowledge — Time — Money. Each supports the other, and together they drive meaningful success. My postgraduate experience has transformed my leadership approach, strengthened my analytical mind, and renewed my conviction that education remains the most powerful tool for personal and societal transformation.
