KUCCPS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY

The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has commissioned Coaxol Associates Limited to conduct a Customer Satisfaction Survey on its behalf. The purpose of this survey is to collect feedback that will help KUCCPS improve the quality and effectiveness of its services.

The survey is targeting key stakeholders including tertiary institutions, career guidance teachers, students placed by KUCCPS, and their parents/guardians. Kibabii University was identified as an important participant in this exercise.
