Students and staff of Kibabii University can finally enjoy the services of the newly completed sports fields.
The project which commenced on 9th October, 2020 was handed over to the University Management on Tuesday 12th October, 2021 by the Main Contractor Milicon’s Limited.
The Vice Chancellor Prof. Isaac Ipara Odeo appreciated the good work, timely delivery and high level of reputation upheld by the Contractor throughout the period. He also thanked the students’ body for the patience as the fields were under construction.
As KIBU prepares to host the National Universities Games later in December, the unveiling of the fields will significantly aid the success of the Tournament.
The Contractor shall remain on site for the next 6 months for all emerging repair and maintenance works.
