Kibabii University is proud to retain the ISO 9001:2015 certification. This follows a comprehensive surveillance audit conducted between 10th and 11th July 2024 spearheaded by the lead auditor Mr. Lawarence Lusiola.
The audit aimed to verify the conformity of the University’s management system with relevant statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements, with a key emphasis on customer satisfaction.
The lead auditor, in his exit report, commended the active involvement and support of the University Management. He also praised the staff for their thorough understanding and implementation of the Quality Management Systems as stipulated by the standard.
The successful audit was overseen by the Directorate of Quality Assurance.
