Dr. Rispah Wepukhulu, Dean Faculty of Education and Social Sciences represented Kibabii University at Kenya School of Government – Baringo Campus in Kabarnet on 18th November 2019 to 13th December 2019 to undertake a Senior Management Course whose main aim was to empower public officers running public offices and equipping them with relevant information that helps one handle day to day activities as a senior manager. It calls for efficiency and effectiveness in the performance of managerial duties.
The training attracted sixty one trainees from various organizations and institutions which included Kibabii University, Kitale National Polytechnic, Kericho County, Vihiga County, Nakuru County, Bomet County and principals of secondary schools among others.
Towards the end of last year, 2019, the University Management facilitated me to undertake a Senior Management Course which took place from 18th November 2019 to 13th December 2019, at Kenya School of Government – Baringo Campus in Kabarnet.
Dr. Rispah proposed if funds are available, more staff holding office of responsibility to be facilitated to attend the course so that they are empowered to perform their duties with commitment and diligence.
