It was pomp and grandeur as Kibabii University marked Customer Service Week 2021. Graced by the Vice Chancellor Prof. Isaac Ipara Odeo, Thursday 7th October, 2021 was the climax of the weeklong celebration under the theme “The Power of Service”
The Vice Chancellor urged members of the University staff and faculty to dedicate themselves to offering the best services to the main customers – the students.
“As we mark this important week in the world calendar, let us not forget who our key customers are. Our students are the reason we come to work every day. Let us give the best to them,” he said.
In addition, the Vice Chancellor challenged staff to make use of their work environment by improving every aspect of their work place.
“I urge you to love your job. Let your office give you a smile and a reason to wake up every day,”.
The event was attended by the Deputy Vice Chancellors, Deans, Directors, Departmental Representatives and Student Leaders.
