A section of Kibabii University staff (champions) undertook an ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management System (ISMS) Standard documentation training on 29th – 30th January 2019 at Gidee Guest House, Malaba.
Mr. Kioko of Millennium Management Consultant Limited (MMCL) facilitated the training. The team successfully;
- Identified the scope of the ISMS
- Drafted the Information Security Policy
- Conducted an Information Security Risk assessment
- Identified Information Security Controls required
- Generated a risk treatment plan among others
