A section of Kibabii University staff (champions) undertook an ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management System (ISMS) requirement training to understand the standard requirements and their role with regards to ensuring efficient and effective implementation within the University on 2nd October to 3rd October, 2018 at Swan Hotel in Webuye, Bungoma County.
ISO 27001 is an International Standard designed and formulated to help create a robust information security management system. ISMS is a systematic approach to managing sensitive Institution information so that it remains secure.
