Notice is hereby given to ALL CONTINUING STUDENTS who have not collected their HELB SMART CARDS to do so from today Wednesday, 19th September, 2018 from Admissions Office between 9.00 am to 1.00 pm everyday.
Note: HELB loans will be disbursed only through Smart cards effective September, 2018 and not through individual student accounts. Therefore, its mandatory for you to have your HELB SMART CARD to enable you access your future HELB loan money.
