Githunguri Dairy Sacco Ltd through its Company Fresha Dairy Brands have pledged to support the upcoming University games to a tune of Ksh. 500,000.
During her pre-visit to the University on Friday 26th November, 2021 the Company’s Brand Manager Ms. Wairimu Chege appreciated the University’s preparedness and predicted a memorable sporting weekend.
Representing the Vice Chancellor, the Dean of Graduate Studies Prof. Stanley Ngome Mutsoto welcomed the kind gesture and assured a long-term interaction between the two Institutions.
“Being one of the youngest universities in Kenya, it is humbling to be given the responsibility to host such a huge caliber event. It is an honour that Fresha Dairy found it worthy investing to support us during these preparations,” he said.
The Games will kickoff on Saturday 18th December, 2021.
