Kibabii University

Testimonial

My postgraduate journey has been one of the most meaningful chapters of my life—deeply emotional, humbling and transformative. I first came to this university as a lecturer, committed to teaching and nurturing students as they pursued their dreams. Standing in front of a classroom, I poured my energy into helping others grow, never imagining that one day I would sit on the other side as a student myself.

Over time, being surrounded by bright minds and inspired colleagues awakened a desire in me to expand my own academic horizons. Enrolling as a postgraduate student was both a brave and vulnerable step—one that required courage, balance, and unwavering determination. Juggling my duties as a lecturer with the demands of postgraduate studies tested my resilience, but it also renewed my sense of purpose in ways I never expected.

The university community embraced me fully. My lecturers challenged me to dig deeper, to question boldly, and to believe in my potential. My classmates walked with me through long nights, tight deadlines, and moments of self-doubt. Their support reminded me that learning is not just an individual pursuit—it is a shared journey of growth, connection, and hope.

Working on my research project was especially emotional. It forced me to confront my limitations, rediscover my strengths, and appreciate the beauty of persistence. Each milestone, no matter how small, carried immense meaning because it represented years of commitment, sacrifice, and quiet perseverance.

As I graduate, I look back with gratitude and pride. I am leaving not just with a degree, but with a renewed heart—with deeper compassion for students, a stronger belief in the power of education, and a profound sense of fulfillment. This is more than an academic achievement; it is a personal victory. I leave with gratitude, with reverence, and with a heart widened by the journey-forever a student, forever part of this enduring family of learning.
