Dr. Shiroya joined in August 2020. He holds a B.ED (Arts) – Moi University, Masters Degree in Education Management and Administration (Kenyatta University) and PhD in Peace and Conflict Management (MMUST).
Currently, he serves as the Director, Quality Assurance and Standards at the State Department for University Education and Research, Ministry of Education.
He has immense knowledge and experience in Quality Assurance and Standards.
