Strategic Planning and Coordination
Lead the development, implementation, and review of the University’s strategic plan and ensure alignment with national and institutional priorities.
Performance Contracting and Evaluation
Coordinate the preparation, negotiation, implementation, and evaluation of performance contracts across all University departments.
Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)
Establish effective M&E frameworks to track institutional progress, assess impact, and inform evidence-based decision-making.
Reporting and Institutional Performance Improvement
Prepare performance reports and recommend interventions to enhance institutional efficiency, accountability, and service delivery.
