SCALE 14 – KIBU/ADM/2/2019 (1 POST)
Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Registrar (Administration and Human Resources), the Deputy Registrar (Administration and Human Resources) shall assist in supervision and management of Administrative and Human Resource Management functions in the department.
Requirements for Appointment:
- Masters Degree in a relevant area with 12 years working experience three (3) of which as Senior Assistant Registrar Scale 13 or its equivalent.
- CPS (K)/CIHRM or Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- Must be a full member of the relevant professional body e.g. IHRM and be in good standing.
- ICT Competence.
- Evidence of participation and contribution in seminars/conferences/research related to administration and management
- Knowledge of Management Information and Communication Technologies e.g. ERP
- Shown merit and administrative ability in work performance and results.
- Must have certificates in professional courses
- PhD Degree in a relevant area is an added advantage.

- Clearance from Credit Reference Bureau
- Criminal Investigation Department- (Certificate of Good Conduct)
- Letters of recommendation from at least three persons familiar with the applicant’s professional experience and character in general which should be sent to the address below by the application deadline.
