Courtesy Call to the Vice Chancellor on Nurturing Talents among the Youth in the Performing Arts

The First Lady Bungoma County, Hon. Caroline Wangamati accompanied by the Deputy Governor, H.E. Prof. Charles Ngome led a team from Afrika Nasaha Production which included the CEO Mr. Francis Kamau Mwangi, Ms. Faith Mary Nyaga popularly known as Liza of Mother in Law Citizen TV program, Ms. Sarah Ogutu who acts as Lavenda in the Inspekta Mwala Citizen TV program as well as officers from the County Government of Bungoma held a discussion with the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Ipara Odeo on 28th September, 2018. The discussions revolved around nurturing talent in performing arts for the youth in Bungoma County.

Among the things Afrika Nasaha Production promised to do included:

  1. Giving scholarships to talented youth;
  2. Sponsoring youth to Dar-es-Salaam for acting in Maisha Bongo Muvies;
  3. Provide opportunities and networks for youths in Information Technology and Business; and
  4. Training potential actors.
