Kibabii University, in partnership with NLA University College, Norway, is pleased to invite applications for Cohort III of the Erasmus+ Global Mobility Exchange Program for the Fall Semester 2025 (August intake). This opportunity offers one (1) placement in Pedagogy, designed to strengthen intercultural competence, academic collaboration, and professional development through a one-semester exchange at NLA University College, Norway. Building on the success of earlier cohorts, two students having completed their studies in Norway under Cohort I and two others currently undertaking their exchange in Cohort II—this program continues to deepen Kibabii University’s global partnerships.
Program Highlights
- Erasmus+ Global Mobility: Promotes student and staff exchanges to foster academic collaboration and cultural understanding.

Eligibility
- Academic Excellence: Minimum mean score of 65% and GPA of 3.5 or above.
- Year of Study: Open to Year 2 and Year 3 undergraduate students.
- Conduct: No recorded disciplinary cases.
- Language Proficiency: Strong command of English (assessed through test scores or interview).
- Travel Documents: Valid passport or proof of application in progress.
Application Process
- Submission: Applications must be completed and submitted through the Google Form here by September 15, 2025.
- Selection: Shortlisting, interviews, and final selection will be conducted based on the outlined criteria.
- Decisions: Successful applicants will be notified in the last week of September 2025.
