Call for Applications: Erasmus+ Global Mobility Exchange Program – Cohort 4 (Fall 2026)

Kibabii University, in collaboration with NLA University College, Norway, is excited to announce the opening of applications for Cohort 4 of the Erasmus+ Global Mobility Exchange Program for the 2026 Fall Semester (August 2026 intake).

This program offers one (1) spot in Pedagogy, designed to enhance intercultural competence, academic collaboration, and professional development through a one-semester academic exchange at NLA University College, Norway. The exchange program aims to foster a deeper understanding of European democratic values and global perspectives, aligning with the strategic educational goals of both institutions.

Building on the success of previous cohorts—with four students already returned from Norway (Cohorts 1 & 2) and two students currently there (Cohort 3)—this partnership continues to provide life-changing opportunities for our students.

 

Program Overview

  • Erasmus+ Global Mobility: Supports student and staff mobility, promoting cross-cultural and academic exchanges between institutions.
  • Institutional Partnership: Kibabii University and NLA University College collaborate to facilitate global educational standards and research opportunities.

Eligibility & Application Requirements

  1. Academic Excellence: Applicants must have a minimum mean score of 65% and a GPA of 3.5 or above.
  2. Year of Study: Open to MSc Computer Science students.
  3. Conduct: Applicants must have no recorded disciplinary cases.
  4. Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in English (as evidenced by test scores or an interview).
  5. Passport Requirement: Applicants must possess a valid passport or demonstrate that they are in the process of obtaining one.

    1. Prohibition of Canvassing:Any form of canvassing will result in immediate disqualification.

    3. Selection Process:Includes application review, interviews, and final selection based on the outlined criteria.
