Kibabii University, in collaboration with NLA University College, is excited to announce the opening of applications for the Erasmus+ Global Mobility exchange program for the 2025 Spring Semester. This prestigious program offers two spots, one each in Pedagogy and Cultural Studies, designed to enhance intercultural competence, academic collaboration, and professional development through international exchange. It aims to foster a deeper understanding of European democratic values and global perspectives, aligning with the strategic educational goals of both institutions.
Program Overview:
Erasmus+ Global Mobility: This program supports international student and staff mobility, promoting educational and cross-cultural exchanges between participating institutions.
Collaboration Details: Kibabii University and NLA University College have established a partnership to facilitate these exchanges, focusing on mutual enrichment and global educational standards.
Objectives: The primary objectives include enhancing students’ intercultural skills, broadening academic horizons, and reinforcing international cooperation in higher education.

Eligibility and Application Requirements:
Academic Excellence: Applicants must have a minimum mean score of 65 and maintain a GPA of 3.5 or above.
Student Standing: Eligible students must be in their second or third year of studies.
Conduct: Candidates must have no recorded disciplinary cases.
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is essential, as evidenced by standardized test scores or successful interview outcomes.
Passport Requirement: Applicants should possess a valid passport or demonstrate that they are obtaining one.
Specific Criteria for Each Program:
Pedagogy
Relevant Experience: Participation in courses and extracurricular activities related to education theories and teaching methodologies.
Intercultural Competence: Demonstrated ability to engage effectively in diverse educational environments.
