KCSE Mean Grade C-(minus)

Human Resource Management level 5 with at least one year continuous experience in the industry

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Competence Certificate from a recognized assessment center on any of the units of competency in human resource management

Equivalent qualifications as determined by KNQA
