Estates department is one of the departments under the division of administration, finance and development in the university. The department’s core mandate is development and maintenance of infrastructure and plant in the University.

The department is headed by Eng. Julius Maloba, assisted by the Ms Irine Wepukhulu in-charge of Buildings and Roads, Mr. Dennis Mugendi in-charge of Electrical and Plant services, while Mr. Nelson Rono is in-charge of Water and Sewerage services unit.
