Online Application Guide

Access the Online Application Portal

Follow the steps below to complete your application through the Kibabii University Online Application Portal.

Visit: application.kibu.ac.ke

On the portal, you will be able to:

  • Search and select your programme of interest
  • Create an applicant account using a valid email and phone number
  • Set up your profile with basic personal information
  • Fill in the online form for your chosen programme
  • Upload all required documents (clear and legible copies)

Pay the Application Fee

A non-refundable application fee must be paid before submitting your application.

Approved Application Fees:

  • Ksh 1,000 – Undergraduate Programmes
  • Ksh 500 – Diploma / Certificate Programmes
  • Ksh 2,000 – Postgraduate Programmes

How to Pay:

Launch the Jiunge App and navigate to the payment option.

Download or screenshot the payment receipt after successful payment.

Upload the receipt/proof of payment to complete your application.

Upload Required Documents

Prepare clear scanned copies (PDF) of the following:
  • National ID / Passport
  • Passport-size photograph
  • KCSE Certificate or equivalent
  • Referee’s Letter of Recommendation

Submit Your Application

  • Review all information entered
  • Confirm your programme
  • Click Submit Application
  • You will receive a confirmation SMS or email once the application is received

Track Your Application Status

You can return to the portal anytime to:
  • Check your admission progress
  • View messages or requests for missing documents
  • Download your Admission Letter once approved
