I. Reporting Date For New Students  – September 2018 Intake

Kibabii University wishes to inform all New Students who were admitted to the University that the reporting date for 2018/2019 Academic Year is as follows:

OPENING & REPORTING DATES

1 Reporting and Registration Monday, 3rd September 2018 to  Tuesday 4th September 2018
2 Orientation Programme Wednesday, 5th September 2018 to Friday, 14th September, 2018
3 Commencement of Lectures Monday, 17th September, 2018

 

CHANGE OF ACCOMMODATION FEE

This is to inform all New Students that the hostel accommodation fees for Government Sponsored (KUCCPS) Students has changed from Kshs 3000 per semester to Kshs 4000 per semester.  The accommodation fee is paid once per Academic Year and therefore Government Sponsored (KUCCPS) Students are expected to pay Kshs 8000 before reporting. The rooms shall be allocated on first come first served basis upon production of proof of payment. The payment for accommodation should be made together with University fees in any of the University accounts as indicated below. No cash shall be allowed.

II. PART TIME BACHELOR OF EDUCATION PROGRAMME – AUGUST 2018 SESSION

Kibabii University wishes to inform all New and Continuing Part-Time Mode Study Students pursuing Bachelor of Education programmes that opening date for the August 2018 session as follows:

III. RESUMPTION DATE FOR SECOND (2ND) SEMESTER CONTINUING STUDENTS

Kibabii University wishes to inform the following groups of Continuing Students of the Resumption Date for Second Semester of the 2017/2018 Academic Year as follows:
