Estates department is one of the departments under the division of Administration, Planning and Finance in the University. The department is headed by Eng. Julius Maloba and assisted by Mrs. Irine Wepukhulu, in charge Buildings and Water sections and Mr. Dennis Mugendi, in charge Electrical and Grounds sections. The core function of the department is to develop and maintain physical infrastructure in the University
