The department of Transport is under Administration and is responsible for efficient transport facilitation, operations and effective maintenance of Kibabii University motor vehicles. Currently the University operates a fleet of 6 operational motor vehicles.

The transport department has been able to support both staff and students effectively despite the limited available resources. The department is anticipating to acquire two more vehicles in support of the growing transport demand as the University enlarges.
