Implementation of low cost high impact interventions to improve the health outcomes of preterm babies

This study assessed the implementation of four evidence based interventions for enhancing the health outcome of preterm babies in Kenya. The findings present a knowledge-practice gap among nurses and midwives which aught to be addressed for successful implementation, to avert preterm morbidity and mortality.
