Technical, Vocational Education and Training (TVET) has been highlighted as a priority area for Human Resource Development (HRD) in order to promote Kenya’s development goal.\u00a0However, the ability to meet Kenya’s Human Resource Development requires excellent training to enable trainees to successfully go through and complete the training process. The availability and extent of usage of institutional resources is at the center of determinants of quality of and successful performance, failure of which may see the country fail to fulfill the needs of growth of her Human Resource base. This is the basis for the evaluation of the influence of utilization of institutional resources on trainees\u2019 performance in public technical and vocational education and training institutions. The study was guided by the following objective, to establish how adequacy of physical infrastructure, instructional materials and trainers in public Technical and Vocational Education Training institutions in Bungoma County influences trainees\u2019 performance. Education Production Function Theory (EPFT) is the theoretical foundation upon which this study was grounded on. Prior to the study, a preliminary survey was carried out to ensure that research instruments employed was reliable. Descriptive research design was utilized in the study. The target population was 1,563 it involved 1 county director, 82 principals, 250 HoDs and 1,230 trainers, Data was collected from 1 county director, 25 Principals, 75 HoDs, and 302 trainees from study institutions. County director were purposively sampled while random sampling was employed to sample Principals, HoDs and trainers. Questionnaires, an interview schedule, and a document analysis guide were used to collect data. The qualitative data was organized into themes and then analyzed using inferential statistics, whilst the quantitative data was studied using frequencies, standard deviation, percentages, and mean. Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 23 was used to test hypotheses using simple linear regression. The study found that the infrastructure in the study institutions is insufficient and inadequate. It was also discovered that institutions face difficulty in mobilizing adequate instructional materials to support quality training processes. The study also discovered a shortage of trainers. The study concluded that infrastructure, instructional materials, and trainers had a statistically significant influence on trainee performance in Bungoma County, Kenya’s public TVET. As a result, the study proposes enhancing infrastructural resources, increasing the availability of instructional materials, and increasing the supply of appropriate and skilled trainers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
