higher learning to curb the spread of the virus. This led to new scenarios that required education institutions to rapidly adopt. The Solution was mainly online\/digital learning. This study sought to investigate the status of ICT infrastructure a key enabler of online\/ digital learning. This was achieved through a survey of selected eleven Universities in Kenya. The findings indicated that even though the universities had adopted blended learning the ICT infrastructure was still a challenge.
