Assessing the Impact of Green Computing Practices&#8221; is to analyze existing literature on green computing and its effects on sustainable IT services. The aim is to identify crucial concerns and strategic areas that can enhance customer value, business value, and societal value. The paper examines sustainable IT techniques, including power management, virtualization, enhancement of cooling technology, recycling, electronic waste disposal, and optimization of the IT infrastructure to fulfill sustainability criteria. According to the authors, sustainable IT strategies are expanding the concept of sustainability beyond energy consumption and product considerations.
