collection of vital patient symptoms and data from various devices. This data-driven approach forms the basis for a multi-agent model called Smart PatientCentered Health Consultancy Model (SPCC-Model). This paper explores the constructs and sub-constructs of the SPCCModel, encompassing IoT technology, technological infrastructure, government policies, multi-agent systems, analysis of patient data, classification analysis, and cause-effect analysis. This model integrates IoT technology, data analysis, healthcare providers, and patient preferences to deliver personalized and timely healthcare services. The model incorporates data collection, preprocessing, feature extraction, predictive analysis, continuous monitoring, and user interaction to provide personalized healthcare services.
