Message from Registrar Administration & Human Resource

Administration and Human Resource department sets the strategic direction and articulates the vision that places the Kibabii University Human Resources community at the very cornerstone of its mission of care and service to all stakeholders. The department’s service begins with the University’s people, and it works to ensure that the University is positioned and resourced to hire, develop, and retain a world-class workforce in service to benefit our stakeholders. The department champions quality work life with attractive employment programs, innovative training, human resources management, robust diversity and inclusion programs, proactive conflict resolution, worker safety and wellness, building management, and positive labor/management partnerships.

Administration and Human Resources department envisages defining a scope that would reach out and touch every member of the University’s workforce: from hire to retire. We shall endeavor to provide quality and efficient services through developing and implementing human capital management strategies, policies, and practices that cultivate an engaged, proficient, and diverse workforce to transform and continually improve services to Kibabii University students, staff and all stakeholders.

In this department, we share in the thoughts that “No man needs sympathy because he has to work, because he has a burden to carry. Far and away the best prize that life offers is the chance to work hard at work worth doing.” (Theodore, 1914).

Our Guiding Principle: Do the right thing even when your supervisor is not watching.
