
Biography
Noah Munda Majele is a dedicated Kiswahili educationist with a deep passion for the Kiswahili language and literature. He serves as a Tutorial/Junior Research Fellow in the Department of Kiswahili and Other African Languages at Kibabii University, where he lectures Kiswahili courses and coordinates departmental examinations and timetabling. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Kiswahili Studies at Kibabii University, having previously earned a Master of Education in Kiswahili. With a strong academic foundation, he holds a Bachelor of Education Arts from Kibabii University, graduating with First Class Honors. As a professional, Majele is committed to the growth and development of Kiswahili publications. His work is focused on enhancing linguistic clarity, consistency and factual accuracy. His editorial skills and academic excellence make him well-suited for a role in Kiswahili language and literature, where he continually strives to maintain high standards of grammar, style and clarity. Majele has experience in teaching, curriculum development, and research. Over the years, he has worked as a teacher at various high schools, specializing in Kiswahili and Religious Education, and has contributed significantly to curriculum development. Majele’s dedication extends beyond academia; he is actively involved in community development initiatives, including guiding and counseling, HIV/AIDS awareness, and visiting the sick. His work reflects his personal drive to break barriers in publishing and promote the cultural significance of the Kiswahili language. In his spare time, Majele enjoys reading biography and African novels, traveling, swimming, and engaging in nature walks. His goal is to continue developing his expertise in Kiswahili and to contribute positively to the advancement of the language both in Kenya and beyond.
