Biography
Mr. Paul Oduor Oyile is a dedicated Information Technology professional and academic currently serving as a Tutorial Fellow in the Department of Information Technology at Kibabii University. He is presently pursuing a PhD in Information Technology at Kibabii University, where he previously earned both his Master of Science in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. With a robust background in teaching, Mr. Oyile instructs a wide range of courses, including Artificial Intelligence, Data Structures and Algorithms, and Enterprise Application Development. His technical expertise is backed by professional certifications, including HCIA-AI V3.0 from Huawei, Oracle Analytics Cloud (Intermediate/Advanced), and specialized training in Data Protection and Internet Governance. Beyond the classroom, he holds several administrative leadership roles, serving as the Industrial Training & Attachment Coordinator for the IT department, an E-Learning Champion, and a Class Advisor. As an active researcher, Mr. Oyile has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals on topics such as ICT4D, green computing, Smart Agriculture, AI-Powered Virtual Assistants, and ethical challenges in software architecture. His professional commitment is further demonstrated through his memberships in the Association of Computing Practitioners-Kenya (ACPK) and the Internet Society of Kenya (ISOC-Kenya)
