Kibabii University participated in the Musingu High School Alumni Association Mentorship Programme held on Saturday, 11th July 2026, where it provided students with career guidance and information on higher education opportunities to help them make informed academic and professional choices. The mentorship programme, organized by the Musingu High School Alumni Association, continues to provide an important platform for career mentorship, leadership development, networking, and personal growth. Through the initiative, alumni connect students with accomplished professionals and industry leaders who inspire them to pursue academic excellence, uphold integrity, and prepare for meaningful careers.
During the event, the University marketing team showcased Kibabii University’s diverse academic programmes and engaged learners on various career pathways. Students received guidance on programme selection, university admission requirements, subject combinations, and the wide range of opportunities available across the University’s schools and faculties.
The event was graced by Court of Appeal Judge Hon. Justice Byrum Ongaya, an alumnus of Musingu High School, who delivered the keynote address. He underscored the transformative power of education in shaping individuals and driving national development, urging students to remain disciplined, resilient, and committed to excellence. He emphasized that integrity and hard work are essential for success and encouraged learners to stay focused on their academic goals while embracing lifelong learning.
