Kenya eVisa<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Kenya operates an electronic visa (eVisa) system, which allows travelers from eligible countries to apply online before arrival.<\/p>

  • Applicants must hold a passport valid for at least six (6) months<\/strong><\/li>
  • Applications should be submitted at least 2\u20133 days before travel<\/strong><\/li>
  • The standard visitor visa allows a stay of up to 90 days<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

    Students are encouraged to check eligibility and apply through the official immigration portal.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      Kenya experiences varied weather conditions throughout the year:<\/p>

      • November \u2013 March:<\/strong> Generally warm to hot \u2192 bring light clothing<\/li>
      • June \u2013 September:<\/strong> Cooler periods \u2192 pack warm clothing<\/li><\/ul>

        Students are advised to carry a mix of light and warm clothing. Additional items can be purchased locally after arrival.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          However, students may also choose to exchange currency after arrival in Bungoma where services are readily available.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          Health insurance is mandatory<\/strong> for all international students at Kibabii University.<\/p>

                  A KRA PIN<\/strong> is a tax identification number issued by the Kenya Revenue Authority.<\/p>

                  • It is mainly required for financial and legal transactions<\/li><\/ul>

                    • Registering a SIM card<\/li>
