(\u03b3orCel) of selected electron and hole doped highTccuprates. The electronic specific heat rises slowly and there is a sudden drop at the critical temperature and then it gradually decreases for temperatures above TC. The behavior of electronic specific heat below TC is in good agreement with the BCS result for d-wave superconductor.
